Sepsis Prediction and Intervention
I created the visualizations below to illustrate the outcomes from my team’s work on predicting sepsis in a health care system. The goal was show the effectiveness of the model as well as to explain the data that went into the model and illustrate the patterns that emerged from the model’s predictions.
